Today was a pretty boring day therefore my outfit was not to extraordannary. I worked on a project most of the day the outfit stayed pretty cozy. I hope you guys had a funner (correction more fun) day then me!!

goodwill 50% off sale!

What could be a better way to end off a week (technically since I dont have school on Fridays) then a Goodwill 50% sale! When going to Goodwill I like to wear clothes that are easy to get in and out of since when shopping at a thrift store I find it important to try everything on before purchasing since the clothing sizing is sometimes very strange and you cant exhange or return anyting. I chose to wear these comfy outfit!

Wednesday. Today was the day following my exam (which went rather well, so I had less anxiety). Seeing as I was worry-free, I decided to put together a pretty outfit for a day of classes. It's still rather cold outside so I did have to throw a jacket over top after the pictures.

Exam day!

So its finnaly here, the day I have been studying for for the last three days: last midterm of first year day! Thank god. I am actually really nervous and stressed soo I chose to keep my outfit pretty relaxed and comfy because being in an exam is uncomfortable enough as it is. When I think comfort I automaticaly think stretchy pants, so thats exactly what I went for with these aritzia leggings. I love how they have pockets and how I got them for only 10 dollars on sale ;)

One of my favorite things about this sweater/jacket is its slightly short batwing sleeves and its slight cowl neck. The bright color definetly makes it pop!

So today is a pretty busy day, back to back three classes as well as a whole LOT of studying for tomorows exam! My teacher gives us two big developpement questions a week in advance, one of which will be on the exam and I am really hoping he picks my favorite one! It was really cold out today, so I chose to take my pictures indoors, something that I will probably doing lots of next winter. I got this neat blazer/jacket at value village's 50% off sales and I think its really cute but definetly not a pratical jacket for this time of year in Canada.

Cozy sundays

I spent most of my sunday, studying for my very last midterm of my first year (gasp, with a sign of relief). I was there for not very dressed up while doing so, since géologie is painful enough in pjs... My exam is tuesday night soo I am hoping that it goes well! argggh cant wait to be done! (yes yes, i am a pirate.) soo this is what i wore:

Simple weekend+ feather extensions!

So today was a pretty relaxing day for me, I spent most of my day with my lovely boyfriend, went to lunch and to a store our two. Most exciting part: Went to Goodwill and found this really neat shorts, I think, that I am gonna shorten to make them a little bit more modern. I was insipired by one of the tutorials by A pair and a spare, a SUPER awesome blog. When the sun decides to come back out I will definetly be showing them off. You can also probobly tell from the title of todays post that I got some feather extensions, I did them myself, super easily and for a low price. Fabulous fridays

Soo day three already! Today me and my sister decided to go on a few errands after dropping off one of her projects at school. We both made a few purchases that will probably make an appearance on this blog soon enough. We also decided to go take a few pictures at the Mill, probably the most interesting thing in our little town. Gives a little pizzaz to the pictures I feel.

After taking the pictures for this post I came to the relization that I dont accesories very much at all. I am really gonna try to work on that because I think that its those types of finishing touches that make an outfit. These constant outfit post will help me documentise my progress.

Day 2... Thermogenic thursday

The Weather Network called for twenty five degrees yesterday here in Ottawa, in the month of MARCH so you can just imagine how happy I was to finally whip my shorts out. I didn't want to go to an extreme with my summer wardrobe so I paired it with a lovely blouse tied into a 90's knot. My hair was inspired by a youtube video so let me know if you'd like the link!
